Cheney: Bush’s Achilles heel? Certainly he is a heel!

As much as the economy, more than the war: the problem is Dick Cheney.
Cheney is Bush’s Achilles heel. Bush must have realized by now that taking Cheney on as VP was a mistake that led to other disastrous mistakes, e.g. the mismanaged Iraq war.
The current Rolling Stone has an article, The Curse of Dick Cheney , showing how Cheney (a Yale drop-out) has a history of talking his way into undeserved power, making horrendous mistakes, bringing down the people he works for, and smooth-talking his own way out of any consequences.
What if something happened to Bush, and Cheney became President by default? A very frightening thought.
Bush has not realized that in fact it is the mark of a mature mind to admit a mistake and seek to fix it. It is a Presidential quality to be able to change one’s mind.
