As the wife of a US soldier recently back from Iraqmire, here are MY “talking points”;
10 US soldiers killed on Labor Day (yesterday).
For what???
No ties to bin Laden, al Qaeda, or any other international terrorist organizations
No threat to neighboring nations, let alone to America
No “humanitarian intervention”
No “liberation” (according to 97% of Iraqis)
No chance of “spreading democracy”
MORE chance of Iraq descending into full-blown war…
MORE US soldiers killed in 2004 than were killed in 2003
MORE worldwide terrorist attacks & deaths
MORE US soldiers killed AFTER the capture of Saddam Hussein than BEFORE
