Getting a glimpse of the President of United States is hard..:-)

President Bush is in California. In San Jose. In Cisco System’s San Jose campus. Heck, in Building 3 (as shown by the red arrow in the picture above). However, these things are kept pretty secret and so I have no way to confirm whether he is indeed in Building 3. To make it more interesting, I am sitting in Building 2 the one shown above by Google’s red dot. Bottomline, I know the President of the United States is literally within stone’s throw. And yet, I have no way to catch a glimpse of him, let alone come close and shake his hands. It’s not a safe world you know 
It’s kinda sad that I am looking at him right this second over an internal IPTV broadcast (think TV) within Cisco and not in person. And I thank Cisco that atleast that’s possible. However, it would be kinda nice to see him in person especially since I know Arnold Schwarzenegger is there with him as well
In 2004, I went to Tempe, Arizona when President Bush was going to debate Senator Kerry in their third and final Presidential Debate. The idea then was the same as it is today. To catch a glimpse of some of these folks. I was not successful then. And the results are no different this time around despite the fact that the President is practically in “my” backyard (if I can use that phrase).
Oh well, I am sure I will be successful one of these days…
