The World is Flat (The Speech)

This seems to be a speech Thomas Friedman, a Minnesota native and New York Times columnist, gave in Minnesota sometime during May 2005. In it he discusses globalization, and his latest book, The World is Flat: A Brief History of the 21st Century. If you’ve not read the book, and would like to get a 50-odd minute core thesis of the book straight from the source, you ought to watch and listen to this. Especially, the Q&A after the speech.
Here’s a little friendly warning: If you can see nothing wrong in the current Administration’s policies, especially around Energy policy (or lack thereof), watching the Q&A section after the speech might not be too healthy an exercise for you.
