I don’t think I would consider Cisco anywhere close to the others listed above when it comes to innovation. I think Cisco does well in it’s vision and execution and prefers to “buy” innovation!

Good point Ashwin. Although you would think that “buying innovation” would still put the patents earned by the “bought” company in Cisco’s column.
