Core Vs. Context work: Do you agree with this categorization?

Came across this classification of Core Vs. Context while rummaging through some old bookmarks:

C O R E:

1. Customer is willing to pay a premium to receive core services

2. Excelling at core means getting higher price premiums and greater customer loyalty

C O N T E X T:

1. Customer is not willing to pay for doing context better

2. Excellence of context makes us more productive thereby freeing us to focus more on doing core work
