Is anyone working on a ‘XWork/WebWork2 in Action’ or ‘Programming WW2′

I have looked around the OpenSymphony wiki on XWork/WW2 and have also read the 40-odd pages of its coverage in the book “Java Open Source Programming”. Is there a reason why I am not hearing about a “XWork/Webwork2 in Action”, “Programming WebWork2″ or a “WW2 Kickstart”? I think it’s a neat framework from my little experience building a sample “Hello, WebWork2″ web application some weeks back.
Here are a few links that I have collected over a few months on XWork/WW2 topic:
- XWork and WW2 released
- Webwork2 Vs Struts
- Generic Validation in WW2
- Webwork2 documentation
- More Webwork2 documentation..
- Webwork2 templates using megg
- Webwork2 sample application
- A simple intro to XWork
- Inversion of Control: WebWork2 & Spring
- Is OpenSymphony dead?
Does anyone know of better tutorials besides these?
Update:
Just found out that the last URL entry titled “Is OpenSymphony dead?” has a comment from “Ara Abrahamian” (dated: 02/20/2004) which talks about a book. Anyone has more details around it.

I agree. More documentation would be helpful.
Java Open Source Programming, is more of an introduction. After you are up and running, you run into “what about case x”? A more in depth “In Action Book” would be nice.
After I got my feet wet, I ted to look at the mailing list and source code for solutions/cookbook.

Without the documentation, its still much less painful struts. Also, the mailing list is pretty good about answering questions.

I just reviewed “WebWork in Action” from Manning which means that it should be fairly well along in it’s development. Jason and Pat are working on it.

Thanks Rickard. So, are they doing a good job with it. Just kidding..;-) Are they covering Spring integration with WW2 in the book?
